Welcome to the SouthEast Mega Homemaker Centre!
SouthEast Mega Homemaker Centre (“SouthEast”) will comprise about 50,000 square metres of bulky goods retail space.
The centre is due to open in September 2012.
SouthEast is being keenly sought after by both national and local bulky goods retailers. SouthEast is strategically located at the intersection of Princes Freeway (Pakenham Bypass) and Koo Wee Rup Road, enabling ease of access to the Centre from all directions. There is a full diamond interchange at this freeway intersection. This megacentre will pull customers not only from the Pakenham Growth Corridor but also from further east to Warragul and the Latrobe Valley region and from the Bass Coast region to the south.
The SouthEast Mega Homemaker Centre will be the biggest and the best bulky goods centre in the south-east sector of metropolitan Melbourne.
